KEY PERSONNEL
Rafael Reyes- President:
As President of U.S. Construction Corp., Mr. Reyes is in charge of overseeing and managing multiple complex projects as well as playing a key decision making role in the company. He has gained extensive experience in the construction of industrial technology facilities, restaurants, retail centers, and high-end commercial offices. These projects allow him to demonstrate his skills in value engineering, budgeting, project management, and contract administration. He holds a Florida Certified General Contractor’s License and has been involved in the South Florida Construction Industry since 1984.
Luis F. Chiriboga, M.S.I.E. - Vice President:
Mr. Chiriboga received a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami in 1996; additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Technology from Florida International University. He has over 16 years of experience in the areas of Owner’s Representation, Construction Management, and Architectural Consulting. In addition, Mr. Chiriboga holds a State of Florida General Contractor’s License.
Eddie Arvesu- Vice President, Construction Operations:
Holding both a Florida Certified General Contractor’s License and a Florida Certified Building and Structural Inspector’s License, Mr. Arvesu brings over 25 years experience to U.S. Construction Corp. Seven of these years were served working for the Miami-Dade County Building Department. This experience greatly enhanced his knowledge of Building Codes and Regulations, giving U.S. Construction Corp. a comparative advantage in expediting permitting and inspection issues.
Armand Gelpi – Director of Business Development:
Mr. Gelpi has been actively involved in the South Florida real estate, construction, and financing markets since 1986. He has extensive experience in the construction of telecommunication facilities, retail centers, restaurants and office space.
