U.S. Construction Corp. (“USCC”) is proud to celebrate our 30^th year anniversary and successful completion of over three hundred million dollars of commercial construction projects in the South Florida Market.
USCC’s corporate headquarters is located in Coral Gables, FL and we maintain a satellite office in Plantation, Florida. 

Our philosophy is “hands on the wheel at all times.” We have over 35 direct employees and handful of consultants with proven experience at our disposal. Our expert project management team enables us to anticipate and avoid potential pitfalls.
We provide web-based project management so that our Clients and Staff can access any information regarding their projects’ current status, 24-7, from any location in the world. 
Our extensive construction experience gives us the ability to bring creative solutions to ensure our client’s satisfaction and success on every project.

With an average annual sales volume approaching $15M per year, USCC’s typical job is in the $1.5M to $2.0M range and we take on two or three projects a year in excess of $3.0M mostly coming from our repeat and referral clients. 

Every USCC project is managed by a Florida Licensed General Contractor with over ten years experience in the South Florida Market.  One of our project managers also holds building inspector certifications from previous employment with the County and all of our project managers have direct access to personally known contacts in local and state code enforcement and government agencies.

South Florida is one of the most challenging construction markets in the country. USCC’s dedicated and experienced staff has the capability to take on the most challenging projects.
Our resume demonstrates that we have the construction experience required to build a diverse group of projects; from restaurants and large single user retail stores to high-end offices, warehouses, and complex telecommunications facilities.
We pre-qualify all of our subcontractors to ensure they can deliver a high level of quality and the experience required for the project, and as importantly, their ability to work for benefit our client’s goals.
